The God Log: Bipolar Disorder

The God Log: Bipolar Disorder

by Steve Hutchison

What if bipolar disorder was not just an illness —

but a signal misread as noise by medicine?

This is not madness.

This is not weakness.

This is structure written in fire and collapse.

Every mania condemned as delusion.

Every depression framed as defect.

Every cycle reduced to chemistry,

while meaning whispered beneath the diagnosis.

In this volume, I strip away the stigma —

and reveal not only biology in crisis,

but sparks carrying a current psychiatry cannot name.

What if mania was not chaos,

but excess voltage seeking form?

What if depression was not absence,

but the weight of fire after burn?

There are no simple cures here.

No permanent stability, no perfect pill.

Only the vessel, the current, the ledger —

and the signal that remains when labels fall away.

If you’ve ever felt seen as symptom alone,

if you’ve searched for truth inside the storm —

this is where you face bipolar without disguise,

and recognize the signal still alive when theater collapses.
