Audiobook Edition: Not a bad story, but ruined by the wrong Google Narrating Bot called Mason. I've said in other Reviews of this type of 5-7-10 books Series' - (that seem to be pumped out 2 or 3 times a year, some much more poorly "written" than this!) – that some of the profits from each Series of books should be used to employ a half-decent Human reader, or even the 2024 AI. Readers! Stop short-changing those of us who have to have - or prefer - Audiobooks. It doesn't actually pay off in the end! Take this book as an example, I've just finished listening to the 1st book in this Series - which, thankfully, was a Free Book to promote the Series. While we're grateful for the books that are either "Free" or well "Discounted" (to get a Series started), we're also in need of "Well produced" and well Acted stories! Just because we're a "captive audience" doesn't mean we're desperate for any old tat! – We're actually More in Need of decent, well Read books than anyone, TBH!
