The Last Ocean City

In the drowned depths of the Pacific Ocean, humanity survives inside a massive underwater city called Pacifica Prime. Maintenance technician Silas Vance lives a monotonous life repairing failing systems—until he discovers a horrifying truth: the city’s power is generated by harvesting the memories and emotions of its citizens during mandatory cognitive screenings.

As Silas uncovers a conspiracy buried beneath decades of propaganda, he learns that the ruined surface world may not be dead after all.
