About this audiobook

An informative and entertaining guide to the latest psychological issues that are shaping who we are and how we work – from general differences and corporate cultures, to assessing candidates and handling elite performers.

Psychology at Work examines some of the key issues that, in every modern workplace, are impacting our lives, shaping our interactions with colleagues, and even impacting our chances of promotion. Understanding how these forces shape behaviour in the workplace will allow you to tackle hidden stresses at work and ultimately to build the most positive and rewarding work-life balance.
