Donald L. Maggin, a writer and businessman, has produced jazz concerts by such artists as Dizzy Gillespie, Eubie Blake, Roberta Flack, and others, and has served as a member of the board of the American Jazz Orchestra. He lives in New York City.
Patrick Cullen (a.k.a. John Lescault), a native of Massachusetts, is a graduate of the Catholic University of America. He lives in Washington, DC, where he works in theater.
