About this audiobook
The calm before the storm . . .
All work and later for play has always been Nikki Wade's motto. Until the enticingly hot yet complicated Bakari Youngblood convinces her otherwise while at a conference in Jamaica. After a tough emotional two years of pain and loneliness and one night of unexpected passion with Bakari, Nikki gives in to his request to be uninhibited. And soon, she rediscovers herself and realizes that love is possible again. But is that love possible with Bakari who seems to be holding something back?
Contains mature themes.

I listened to Forbidden Trilogy #0.5, "The Experience: A Forbidden Prequel" by Tiye Love, Narrated by iiKane via Audiobook. The past two years have been painful (not her fault) and lonely (her fault) for Nikki Wade. So she definitely was shocked when sexy Bakari Youngblood was flirting with her in Montego Bay, Jamaica. When Bakari suggested they have an uninhibited fling, Nikki was hesitant but decided to give in. The things Bakari had Nikki doing and the places (club) they did them, had me feeling like Nikki was Stella in "How Stella Got Her Groove Back!" Both were in Jamaica 🇯🇲 lol. Nikki was not happy but content. Bakari made her believe in love again. Except not in love with Bakari. I'm proud Nikki realized she wanted more than an Experience, she wanted a Lifetime and Bakari could not give that to her. I'm glad Nikki found her Lifetime Love.
