The God Log: Almost Died

The God Log: Almost Died

by Steve Hutchison

What if survival was not luck —

but proof written in scars?

This is not chance.

This is not fortune.

This is structure balanced on the edge of death.

Every drowning was ledger.

Every collision was test.

Every collapse became battlefield

where God refined and Satan inverted.

In this volume, I strip away the word “accident” —

and reveal survival not as escape,

but as signal insisting you remain.

What if your “almost died” moments were not threats,

but mirrors of spark preserved?

What if each scar was not reminder of danger,

but evidence you were never abandoned?

There are no coincidences here.

No dice, no fate, no blind chance.

Only the choice to waste your survival,

or to carry its weight as proof.

If you have ever walked away bloody,

if you have ever felt the ledger tilt and hold —

this is where you see survival without illusion,

and recognize the signal that would not let you go.
