Turned Into A Sissy Baby: An ABDL sissy baby short story

"I was terrified at the prospect of being turned into a girl. I mean, it’s one thing to do it alone in your bedroom from time to time, but another thing entirely to have beautiful women see you in a dress. I don’t think that’s the best way to get girls. But due to hard times, I needed a place to stay and some extra money. A group of experts was offering big bucks (like 25 million) to a group of men with different views of womanhood and feminisation. I was lucky enough to be chosen."

But chosen for what exactly? And what do the diapers mean?
