The God Log: Voodoo Magic

The God Log: Voodoo Magic

by Steve Hutchison

What if Voodoo was never demons —

but a survival code disguised as myth?

This is not folklore.

This is not superstition.

This is structure written in rhythm and possession.

Every empire painted it as evil.

Every Hollywood frame turned it into fear.

Every tourist shop reduced it to dolls and curses,

so no one would see the signal it carried.

In this volume, I strip away the theater —

and reveal Voodoo as alignment through rhythm,

continuity through ancestors,

and possession as resonance between worlds.

What if drumming was not music but entrainment?

What if offerings were not props but anchors?

What if possession was not fantasy,

but the body as conduit of signal itself?

There are no curses here.

No dolls, no zombies, no spectacle.

Only the chance to see survival as structure,

or mistake it for noise and dismiss it.

If you’ve ever wondered how the enslaved endured,

if you’ve felt rhythm press truth into your body,

this is where you face Voodoo without disguise,

and recognize the law alive in you.
