The God Log: Job Gatekeepers

The God Log: Job Gatekeepers

by Steve Hutchison

What if hiring was never about work — but about filters, theater, and control?

This is not opportunity.

This is not merit.

This is the machine of mediocrity — exposed in its most parasitic form.

There are no fair employers here.

Every portal is a cage.

Every questionnaire, a violation.

Every rejection, a confession that sparks are too dangerous to hire.

In this volume, I strip the mask from the job platforms and HR filters —

where incompetence is celebrated, parasites feed freely,

and the sparks who build the world are erased as “overqualified.”

What if the “job market” was never about skills,

but about clerks shuffling résumés to protect their own positions?

What if diversity checkboxes, ATS scripts, and culture-fit rituals

were never meant to find excellence — but to bury it?

There is no hiring here.

Only gatekeepers who fear competence,

and sparks who bypass the machine to build parallel.

If you’ve ever wondered why real talent never makes it through the filters,

this is where you learn the law that buries workers —

and the process that sets sparks free.
