It was a poignant dive into the life of someone who loses their sense of self through the monotony of the day-to-day, day-in day-out motions. 'She was milk-stained and starving for company.' She was unsure of her life, where she belonged, and who she should be. '... and she had no words to say that what we do is who we are. That how we fill our days is how we spend our lives.' It is relatable and kind of sad. Not a fairytale, that's for sure, but real struggles. Real numbness.
