What happens when a small-town baker, a Hollywood lawyer, and a whole lot of whoopie pies collide at Christmas?
A recipe for disaster. With a generous helping of naughty.
Audrey Nouel didn't trade Manhattan's Michelin stars for Maine's whoopie pies just to fall for a man who wears thousand-dollar suits like pajamas.
She's got a bakery to run, a cease-and-desist letter threatening her business, and absolutely no patience for the gorgeous, arrogant city-boy Grinch who strolls into town looking like the entire holiday is one big inconvenience.
Jack Lourd didn't plan on spending Christmas in a postcard-perfect harbor town. And he certainly didn't plan on falling for a feisty, frazzled baker who doesn't want his help, doesn't appreciate his charm, and seems determined to make his life difficult.
He's here for his movie-star client, not to trade legal briefs for frosting bags.
But throw in one ill-timed snowstorm, a gingerbread house catastrophe, and a Christmas tree takedown that goes viral, and suddenly things are heating up faster than Audrey's ovens.
There's just one problem.
Neither has time for the Christmas spirit.
As far as they're concerned, their lives would be a whole lot easier dealing with anything but Christmas.
Anything but Christmas is a steamy, laugh-out-loud holiday romantic comedy packed with small-town shenanigans, sizzling chemistry, and enough Christmas chaos to land two would-be Grinches on Santa's naughty list.
A standalone holiday spin-off of the Anyone but You series. No previous reading required.
