Janice returns—alongside beloved Mrs. B—in the eagerly awaited sequel to Sally Page’s bestselling The Keeper of Stories.
Some stories need to be told, before they’re lost forever...
Mrs. B lets out a long breath. “Maybe I could tell you a story. One for your collection...”
Janice has always collected other people’s stories. Now she tells them—one small, true, extraordinary life at a time. But there is one tale she can’t seem to unlock.
Mrs. B is ninety-four, sharp as cut glass, and hiding something. And Janice knows uncovering the truth will require more than patience and hot chocolate.
Commandeering a van, the unlikely duo go on a road trip to Scotland, a journey that will change both of their lives forever. But as the miles roll by and the years roll back, will Janice realize the truth was much closer to home than she thought?
Escape back into the world of Janice and Mrs. B, as we discover the most extraordinary stories belong to the most unexpected people—and that it’s never too late to tell them.
