Deliver: Why Some Leaders Get Results And Most Don't

Managers are profoundly confused. The leadership training they've received is a huge part of the problem. This book clears the confusion.

"Learn how to build trust. No, first uncover your 'why.' Wait, actually, you need to learn how to have hard conversations. Or maybe just be inclusive and see if that works."

Managers are dizzy from the mixed messages about what defines effective leadership. The reality is that leadership isn't complicated. A leader's job is to deliver results. Period.

This book clears the confusion in managers' minds and provides a simple, powerful, and proven framework to help them create Clarity, Alignment, and Movement on their teams. These three core competencies form the Leader Operating System (LeaderOSTM) used by organizations achieving breakthrough results.

On the pages of this book, you'll meet leaders from organizations like Amazon, Airbnb, xAI, Target, Organic Valley, and Lockheed Martin.

You'll learn how to:

• Reject the Founder Mode manifesto in Silicon Valley
• Stop the endless swirl of discussion by leaders stuck in Consensus Mode
• Create Team Key Results (TKRs) that take the complex and make it simple
• Learn how you're creating awareness when what you want is alignment
• Discover how to reduce the noise on your team and identify your team's High-Leverage Activities (HLAs)

The confusion among managers ends here.

It's time to Deliver!
