Sobre este audiolivro
Rilla is full of high-spirits just like her mother. But undreamed-of challenges await the irrepressible girl when the world of Ingleside becomes endangered by a far-off war, which carries off her brothers and many of the local young men to fight overseas. Notable for being the only Canadian novel about WWI written from a woman’s perspective, it is also unique in that it mentions the Gallipoli campaign and the terrible sacrifices made by Australian and New Zealand forces.
