Armageddon 2419 AD
About this audiobook
The original Buck Rogers story — a man awakens five centuries in the future and becomes the spark of humanity’s last resistance.
When 20th-century mining engineer Anthony Rogers is trapped underground in a radioactive gas explosion, he expects death.
Instead, he wakes in the year 2419 — in a world transformed beyond recognition.
America has fallen.
The Han empire rules the skies with overwhelming force, and the scattered remnants of humanity fight to survive in hidden wilderness strongholds.
Thrust into a war he never imagined, Rogers must learn to navigate advanced technologies, guerrilla tactics, and a civilization rebuilt in the shadows. Alongside the fierce and determined Wilma Deering, he joins a rebel movement preparing to rise against tyranny.
What begins as a personal awakening soon becomes humanity’s battle for liberation — and the dawn of a legend.
A visionary tale of resistance, innovation, and hope, Armageddon—2419 A.D. blends retro-future imagination with timeless adventure. This is the birth of the American sci-fi hero archetype — reimagined here in a gripping, cinematic performance by Chikondi Chanthunya.
The future may be lost... unless one man can change it.
