Um þessa hljóðbók

Peter Pan unquestionably belongs to the celebrated list of the most famous fairy tales of the world. This version has been adapted with care and in mind of the needs of today's younger listeners, all in a beautiful yet lively language. Small children will welcome it with keen interest, making it their favorite first tale. Peter Pan is an endearing and powerful tale of a very special journey of three 'everyday' children to a land of fantasy. Small listeners will easily identify themselves with the heroes of this magical tale: Along with them, they will fly with Peter Pan and his tiny and lovely fairy, Tinker Bell, to the mysterious land of never-ending adventures. There, they will meet the Lost Boys, and spontaneously recognize them as new friends whose needs are natural and legitimate. They will ally themselves with the brave daughter of an Indian chief and her Indian warriors to wage a battle against pirates and their ringleader, the cruel Captain Hook! They will experience the meaning of true friendship and the bitter taste of disappointment, and they will take to heart the timeless struggle between the desire for adventure and the longing for a warm, peaceful and loving family home.
