Om den här ljudboken

Hana Takahashi, a quiet seventeen-year-old living a repetitive and uneventful life, discovers that her antique family mirror is far more than a reflective surface when, at exactly midnight, it opens a gateway to a parallel version of her room where sound, reality, and even time behave differently. There she encounters Ren Kagami, a boy her age who lives in a slightly altered but eerily similar world, and after an initial moment of shock, the two begin communicating through handwritten messages pressed against the glass. As they confirm that their worlds are parallel universes with subtle historical and cultural differences, they grow increasingly close, sharing personal dreams, fears, and ambitions—Hana’s hidden passion for art and Ren’s devotion to astronomy and science. What begins as a mysterious phenomenon quickly turns into a nightly ritual of connection, comfort, and emotional intimacy as they look forward to each other more than anything else in their isolated lives. Despite the limitations of the mirror’s brief midnight activation and the uncertainty of its nature, their bond deepens into something profound, suggesting that the strange connection between their worlds may be growing stronger and more significant than either of them fully understands.
