About the author
JOHN LARSEN is a former senior military public affairsofficer who served with the Royal Canadian Air Force during combat operationsin Europe. He is a business advisor, entrepreneur, writer, and universityinstructor. He holds graduate degrees in communications and in creative non-fictionwriting. Earthrise is his second book.
JEREMY HANSEN is a former astronaut with theCanadian Space Agency, fighter pilot, and crew member of the Artemis IImission. In 2017, he became the first Canadian to be entrusted with leading aNASA astronaut class. Hansen holds a bachelor of science in space science and a master of sciencein physics from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario.
