I have been wanting to practice mindfulness for a long time but I always thought it requires certain the practitioner to follow to a strict and regimented discipline. But after reading Practicing Mindfulness by Matthew Sockolow, I realized that mindfulness can be very friendly, easy and joyful experience. After several weeks of practice I’m actually sensing an overall calmness and clarity of thinking. This is a great book.
