Big Girl Blitz

4.5⭐️ How am I just now discovering this series?! First off, can we please talk about the audiobook for this one because it was SO GOOD! Wesleigh Siobhan is phenomenal and did such an incredible job brining Jazmyn and Lamar to life. Heck, when we are first introduced to Lamar, I thought it was performed in duet but nope, it’s ALLL Wesleigh. Her range for every single character was absolutely amazing. She took use on an emotional journey that made the listener feel it all and I truly couldn’t get enough of it. I adored the relationship between Jazmyn and Lamar. It was sweet, tender and their chemistry was undeniable. Lamar is patient and understanding with everything that Jazz is going through and the little things he does for her without her knowledge? It had me loving him even more. Then Jazz’s relationship with her aunt? You can feel how close they are and just how much they care for one another. It was so touching seeing them share all those moments together. I also cannot forget about Jazz’s friend group. With this being my first read of the series, I wasn’t familiar with them but after finishing this book? I absolutely love them!! Her friends had me literally laughing out loud from their phone calls and from just about every interaction we had with them. As soon as I finished this audio, you can bet that I went to Libby and placed my holds! Thank you so much to Macmillan Audio for an ALC 💚

I gonna miss these ladies. I loved the series
