The Oath

Australian author Bronwyn Eley joined the military straight from high school, where she learnt (among other things) to disassemble and reassemble a rifle blindfolded. After a period of travel, she finally found her natural habitat when she landed her first job in the publishing industry and then realised her life's dream was to become an author. She was overjoyed when the first instalment in The Relic Trilogy, a young-adult fantasy series, was published in 2019. She has since written an adult romantasy series, The Trials of Power, an action-packed adventure that will appeal to anyone with a thing for assassins. The first instalment, The Rule, was published in 2025, and the second, The Oath, is due out in 2026. Eley lives in Sydney, Australia, and when not writing, spends her time eating chocolate, reading and practising her martial arts skills.
