About the author

Barry Cummins is a multi-award-winning author, documentary-maker, and broadcast journalist based in Dublin, Ireland. He has written a number of bestselling books including Missing, Lifers, Unsolved, Without Trace, and Cold Cases. Originally from Tallaght, he now lives in north County Dublin with his wife and two children. His latest book, Buried Secrets:The Murder of Tina Satchwell and a Journalist’s Journey into Ireland’s Most Chilling Cold Case, is due out in 2026.

Ruairi Conaghan is an Irish actor with a wealth of experience. Some of Ruairi’s highlights in television and film include: Downton Abbey, The Suspicions of Mr Whicher, Waking the Dead and Silent Witness. He has performed in the West End, Off-Broadway, National Theatre, Royal Court and most major theatres inside and outside of London. Ruairi’s audiobook narrations include Her Last Goodnight by Michael Scanlon and Wild Shores by Richard Nairn. He has won four Earphones awards from AudioFile magazine.
