⚠ EDITORIAL WARNING — HISTORICAL INVESTIGATION AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
This volume continues the examination of the long-term conflict directed against Germany by focusing on the period following military defeat and so-called “liberation.”
This book does not deny the crimes of National Socialism, nor does it seek to rehabilitate past regimes or absolve historical responsibility. Its purpose is analytical, not apologetic. It investigates the political, legal, economic, and strategic consequences imposed on Germany after 1945, and asks whether defeat truly marked the end of war—or merely a transformation of its methods.
Part 2 analyzes the postwar power structures established by the victorious Allies: occupation frameworks, legal constraints, economic restructuring, geopolitical dependency, and the transformation of sovereignty under international institutions. The central question is not moral, but structural:
Did Germany transition from enemy to equal partner—or from battlefield to controlled territory?
Through documented treaties, official declarations, international charters, and geopolitical decisions, this volume examines whether postwar Germany entered a genuine era of peace, or whether it remained subject to a form of non-military domination, exercised through law, economics, and supranational governance.
This is not a narrative of conspiracy, but of continuity.
Not an accusation, but an examination of power relations.
Not a call to belief, but an invitation to verify.
The reader is encouraged to contrast sources, question assumptions, and evaluate whether “liberation” meant autonomy—or the beginning of a different kind of subjugation.
