Update 0.31.19: weapons back, more phones

We love Last Viking, and this update breathes new life into it. Axes, pickaxes and weapons appear in your hands again, the game now runs on phones with just 2 gigabytes of memory, and the first launch no longer freezes. The download is smaller, memory use is lower, and rewarded videos are clear: watch an ad and get the reward. Chop, mine, craft and defend your village. Valhalla awaits.
