Track your sleep habits and have fun with Pokémon Sleep
Pokémon Sleep has helped so many users build and enjoy sleep habits since its launch three years ago.
Using it is simple: just place your smartphone by your pillow and sleep. The app automatically tracks and records your rest. When you wake up in the morning, Pokémon with sleep patterns similar to yours gather around Snorlax so you can research their sleep styles and complete your Sleep Style Dex.

You can also sync the app with your wearable. So with the Fitbit Air Special Edition Pokémon Sleep, you can seamlessly track your daily sleep without a phone right next to your pillow.
