Improve your eating habits by spending 20 minutes on your meals.

Open the app at mealtime, set how long you want to eat and how long each bite and pause should last, and 20 Minutes will guide you through your meal with gentle cues and a natural end point.

By eating in intervals, you give your body time to tell you you’re full — before you’ve eaten too much. Smaller portions, less rushing, and a pleasantly satisfied feeling when you’re done.

The 20-minute mark is when your stomach typically starts sending fullness signals to your brain. That makes it a natural, science-backed end point for your meal.

HOW IT WORKS

20 Minutes alternates between eating and pausing for as long as you choose. A calm breathing timer, progress bar, and cycle counter keep you on track from first bite to finish.

FEATURES

• Flexible meal length — Set your whole meal from 1 minute up to 3 hours (20 minutes is the sweet spot)

• Custom eat & pause intervals — Adjust both from 10 seconds to 60 minutes, in 10-second steps, to match your pace
