With the Skånetrafiken app you can:
- Buy all types of tickets, including: Single, 24-hours, 30-days, Flex 10/30 and more.
- Pay with Swish, card (Mastercard or Visa), or invoice from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
- Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
- Create shortcuts (favorites) on the front screen for your most common journeys.
- Receive information about ongoing disruptions affecting traffic, or journeys you have chosen to monitor.
- Log in to My Account to have your tickets protected by our lost ticket guarantee, in case you lose your phone.
- Lend your active 30-day ticket to a friend or family member (requires that you are logged in to My Account).

While the app is ok, the service provided is actually the worst thing I might have experienced in my life. They had replacement buses from Malmö to Copenhagen Central station. The trip from Malmö to the airport was alright but the moment we left Copenhagen Airport, the buses took the longest route possible. We circled the Bella Centre area for 20 goddam minutes. Can someone explain the reason for this? What is the point of taking such long routes to the city when there are easier routes?

App causes my phone to restart when I tried to add payment method. Although logged in doesn't keep the registered phone number, this can only be added twice, so can't buy tickets.

I've been trying to register my card for months, but it fails every time. No error message, it just goes back to Settings page. I've contacted Skånetrafiken who says it's a problem with Klarna, so I contacted them next. They said it's not their problem but the bank's problem. So I called my bank who said my card and identification is working perfectly fine. My mobile BankID works fine everywhere else. So who's problem is this? Until we find out, the app is pretty much useless.

Hi! Sorry to hear that. Hard to give you an direct answer here other that we're constantly working on improvements and talking to Klarna so that this doesn't happen. /Joakim
