Bad user experience. Forces to update application but doesn't remember credentials. It has outdated authentication system that requires you to remember too many credentials

One full month and this app was never been updated accordingly to the anumerous gaps and errors displayed. i was waiting for a update but sincerely one month and Caixa Geral Depósitos never do it. This is the reality for business in Caixa Geral bank just can't do it in this app. please please fix it.
