This app sets the standard for medical portals. The UI is clean, putting the 6 most important options right at the top. Getting lab results is instantaneous; the second my GP text arrives, it's ready in the app. Messaging my doctor is efficient and neatly organized by topic. I love downloading appointments to my phone's calendar with one click. Logins are completely seamless thanks to quick thumbprint biometric support. 5 stars!

The navigation is a bit hodge podge, as there are multiple navigation menus, with each containing only a subset of destinations. The instructions related to referrals are vague such thay they are meaningless. The notifications feature seems pretty good. I get emails when there are things I need to log in to review.

Frustrating. the doctor told me to upload the medical form.I needed filled out. there is no place on the app to upload a form and to call novan you cannot get in touch with anyone Who ordeal has been very aggravated

As part of this release, support for MyNovant versions v7.2.0 and below will end. If you're running an older version of MyNovant, please update to v11.8.3 or later to continue using the app without interruption.
