Excellent range of exercises with easy to follow demonstrations. Each one has countdown timers, so there's no guesswork. Just follow along and enjoy. If the daily program isn't enough, there's a slew of additional workouts for you to add on. It's worth the money.

I have only been using this "Chair Tai Chi" app for a few days, but so far it's a good exercise routine for the end of my day before bed...I will re-write my review around thirty nightly uses of this app.
