Better to use the website to check in rather than this app. The UI is very bad, took a lot of time to respond to anything (even if it *does* response, more often it doesn't do anything). Typing booking code and last name need patience because they literally took a whole 2 seconds to load each letter typed/erased. The app often doesn't load the next screen after putting in booking code and last name for online check-in, so tell me, what's the purpose of this app?

Terrible apps, don't install. Better to use website. I checked in using this app, I chose the seat and once boarding pass issued, the seat changed by itself, not the seat I chose. Couldn't take pic for the boarding pass and it wasn't appear in the boarding pass. So I had to go to the airport for check in again. All of these issue NEVER happened for website check in.
