I'm a Nova but this app kinda sucks because I don't really like talking to people and second there isn't much fun to do, I thought it would be slightly like ZEEPETO, and third app wouldn't let me change my name at all.

Thanks for the honest feedback. We hear you, NOVA should still feel enjoyable even if you’re not always looking to socialize, and we’re continuing to expand what there is to do. We’re also sorry you couldn’t change your name. If that’s still happening, please reach out to Support so we can look into it.

this app is great, your communication skills will surely be enhanced and you'll meet a lot of amazing people. I'm only using this app for 2 days and I already meet some people from the same country as mine! keep this community active!!! ❤🍀🤞

I've been told that it uses generative AI, which is an unethical type of technology. overall, the app seems neat but it also seems like a dangerous idea. people aren't well-behaved enough to allow teens to use this app. it's like discord, but with avatars and apartments. you can do voice chat, upload videos, and pictures. it should have moderators, but it doesn't appear to have any? maybe I'm wrong idk. seems like a place minors should stay away from, just in case weirdos end up here.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. NOVA does have moderation and reporting processes, and we’re continuing to strengthen community safety. We also understand questions around how our art is made, so we’re sharing more behind-the-scenes WIP-to-final artwork on our social channels for greater transparency. We appreciate the feedback!
