A few photos. Just for this moment.
SafeShow makes it easy to show someone nearby a small selection of photos on your phone. Choose photos with Android's system picker, review your selection, and start a focused viewer before handing over your phone.
JUST YOUR SELECTION
Swipe through only the photos you picked. SafeShow does not request access to your full photo library.
A SHORT, VISIBLE TIMER
Choose 1, 5, or 15 minutes. The countdown begins when you start the viewer. When time is up, the viewer closes. SafeShow also checks expiry when you return to the app.
END WHEN YOU WANT
Hold End viewer or use Android Back to close the local viewer and clear the selection. Original photos stay where they are. No online session, shareable link, or cloud upload is created.
LOCAL AND SIMPLE
Photos use temporary files on this device. Copies are removed when a viewer ends and stale files are cleared on the next app start. Settings includes a manual cleanup action. Choose up to 24 photos, up to 20 MB each and 120 MB total.
Free. No account. No ads or payments. Optional Firebase usage analytics is off by default; you can change your choice in Settings. Photo content and filenames are never sent to analytics.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE LIMITS
SafeShow is a focused photo viewer, not a phone lock or encrypted vault. It does not prevent screenshots, screen recording, leaving the app, or opening your gallery. Anyone can hold End viewer. If you want Android screen pinning, set it up separately on your device before handing over your phone.
If the app is force-stopped or crashes, temporary copies may remain until the next start or until Android clears the cache. File deletion is not secure erasure. System-picker behavior and supported photo formats vary by Android version and device.
