Horrible UX. You cannot even see your orders and active passes in the app, instead you get redirected to the web. When clicking on experiences, which is one of the 5 main buttons, you get redirected to the web instead. 1+ second lag with no tap feedback and complete page re-render with a blink when switching between passes/accommodation/etc in the shop section.

Had trouble registering and gave a 1 star review highlighting the problem. Problem was fixed in days. Well done. I registered at the time using a web browser and can now use the app, and it works great. My only gripe is the map showing open slopes and lifts is hard to use on a phone. Remove the grouping function - I need to zoom in to view each item, but when zoomed in it is not pissible to see the whole map.

The most unergonomic app I ever used. Seriously, why isn't there a shortcut for the basket? (Or why doesn't it work if it's intended to be present?) Email for card verification in 2026? And it's not being sent (at least not in reasonable time), and there is no button to resend you just go back and ... pooof cart is unreachable.
