When Doctolib will have support of English language? Four years using this ugly app and nothing. At least they should have enabled the selection text for translation option, but nothing. The worst app ever. Meanwhile one star. Good thing we have more options, for example the TK doctor directory, German public service, more usable with English support.

Would be nice if I could even use it in the first place. No matter what, it refuses to send a SMS verification code, going through the "I didn't receive a code" and selecting "phone call" as an alternative method grants you the same result: crickets. Selecting "online help" instead sends you on a help page in french that does not even work. No matter what you search, it always says that no results have been found. Once you close that, the whole app is now in french. Disastrous app.

This is seriously the worst online experience I've ever had, and I'm only using this app because I have no other choice. Unfortunately, there's no alternative. Their app can't even do a simple search, and even though I see multiple doctors around my area, the app's search doesn't show them. I have to find them on Google, and once I click on them, it shows their profile inside the app.
