please don't use this app/website for your booking if you don't want to end up paying service charges irrespective of your booking is confirmed or not. my booking was aborted due to credit card payment issue and I was sent a bill of euro service booking charge 100 + 70 (fine for first time post reminder) . it's a complete scam, none of the other flight booking provider or flight companies or an E-Commerce company charge you in case your payment request is failed. they suck!!

Please don't use this app or their Website for bookings. They have absolutely Impolite employees and customer Service, they do not keep to their words and they are not worth a second try. Don't Download this App.

Hello Osho Joseph, it is a pity that we could not convince you of our customer service. Since quality is very important to us, we ask you to send us detailed descriptions by mail. On the basis of these we can follow this up. Thank you very much. Best regards, Mrs. Lehmann | Customer Care
