I did the .99 trail subscription. I canceled it. and now I am still being charged. thankfully i was smart enough to put it on a prepaid card. but I canceled on day 3. the remainder of the week subscription I paid for was supposed to end 4 days later. the. the day before the subscription ended, I got a charge for 14.99 I didn't have the funds so it declined. but EVERY SINGLE NIGHT SINCE THEN I AM BEING CHARGED This app is a scam if you use the subscription. no support to contact either.

difficult to cancel subscription. I found the option to cancel it, but its requiring me to wait 24 hrs from subscribing. I wanted to do the trial and decided to cancel after reading the one short story that I found in an ad and was not interested in many others in the app. now I have to hope I remember to cancel in a day. seems very suspicious to do this.

decent app but canceling is impossible. I did the subscription via Google Pay, not Google Play, and the app says to email to cancel. I emailed to cancel with my user ID in the subject line of the email the day I signed up, so I would only be doing the three day trial. I am now more than six email in; they have charged the auto renewal; and they still have not canceled. I can't find a way to cancel. it is not in my Google play subscriptions, and it is not in my Google wallet stuff.
