Our children love the idea of these, but they have too many bugs/issues. 2 of the 3 we got connected to the app, but they have all fallen offline since. We couldn't even get the 3rd one to connect. Since we cannot connect the players to the app, there is a significant amount of items we cannot do and even some cards we cannot listen to. Nothing changed about our internet either. It is quite frustrating!

Sorry to hear that Taylor. Re number 3 not able to join, that may be channel congestion on your router (which has a high incidence on 2.4ghz networks) that a simple router reboot will resolve. If it's not that feel free to contact me ed@yotoplay.com or hello@yotoplay.com for assistance.

The set up process was difficult and convoluted. I tried setting this up while we were away from home in the hospital with my son. The tech help bot stopped responding after a bit. It suggested so many setting changes for the network and my phone that I was not sure how it would ever work if I was able to get it connected. Many people seem to love this product, so I'll give it another try at home.

Sorry to hear that! It's possible that your hospital network was locked down or not supporting 2.4ghz. Also please ensure you're not running a vpn on your phone during setup. If you contact us at hello@yotoplay.com we can give you some assistance and get you up and running.

We love Yoto! We have had the app with the Yoto Mini for a year, and it has been great. Our 3 year old has used it almost every day since we bought it, and we love to make your own cards to constantly be modifying and rotating content. Love that it's a safe way for our child to use technology, and she has loved the independence she has of choosing what she wants to listen to in her library of cards. It reminds me of a modern version of a tape player. Yoto also has great customer service.
