Kind of disappointed I couldn't change complications, not sure if a phone issue or app limitation but would be cooler if I could, thats a minimal downfall though. since overall, it has a great look. It is festive and cute while still being really simple

Thank you very much, and I apologize for the inconvenience! It seems to be a bug with the customization app. I recommend customizing the watch face directly from your watch. Simply perform a long-tap on the watch face and press "Customize." Please let me know if you need further assistance: info@monkeysdream.com

Edit: Dev explained the need for permissions I complained about, so updating rating. This watch face is super cute and very festive! Recommend especially if you have the rose gold versions of the Galaxy Watch 4/5. The image is accurate to the screenshots and even has snowflakes that move in the background.

it is cute, but I bought this for the ability to customize the color of the lights. I am unable to do this, as the app glitches out and won't load the customizable options.
