My phone used to not make a noise when it disconnects, and now the app makes a loud obnoxious noise every time and can't turn it off...does it even when my phone is in DND mode! I can't risk wearing it while somewhere I need to be quiet. It used to be great, but now the device constantly turns off (I'm now on my 2nd rechargable pulse ox, still new, does the same thing the year old one did), says Finger Out when my finger hasn't moved or it constantly disconnects when I have the dashboard open.

App works fairly well, no obvious bugs. The device is comfortable, operation is seamless. The PDF image is great, and it's also zoom-able... but the sharing output is much too limited -- no color, and the bottom of the page is not printed at all. This should be fixed. UPDATE: after two years, the display quit. Device still works, sort of. But integration with the app has deteriorated. Often, I lose an entire night's records, never to be found again. The move to cloud killed it.

Device will not stay connected via bluetooth. Have to delete device and re-add to sync every time. My phone indicates that this app is not compatible with the most recent version of Android, so that might be part of the problem. The app also freezes/gets stuck on one screen. So, overall a bad experience. Two stars because the data is very useful and I've been able to force it to work with workarounds, but overall this app needs an overhaul. The csv data export also has problems.
