I've not had much trouble ordering from Vevor. When the app used to work, I was able to order from them and I never had any quality issues to speak of. Now , as soon as the app loads it quits immediately. I redownloaded and reinstalled a couple times with the same result. So until they fix their app I probably won't buy much from them.

I tried to return a product the same day I ordered it, and they said they couldn't refund until I received my order and created a return label. just seems very inconvenient. I had a similar situation with Amazon, and they had no issue canceling my order and refunded me. Seems very unprofessional. I would understand if it was a day later, but on the same day, I should have a grace period like Amazon.

Nice selection but misleading info. Don't buy based on the delivery date to your postal code - it means nothing and they blame the carrier despite using a delivery level that cannot possibly hit their dates. Edit: had to drop a star. Arrived damaged and instead of replacing, they wanted me to hammer out dents. Once I invoked PayPal they finally issued a refund, but not until then.
