Seems like a great idea for a game. ive played for 30 min and when I logged back in the next day, the last 10 min I spent were deleted. I had bought more animals and more enclosures and when I logged in, it was reset. like it didn't save progress. I went to check the comments to see if anyone else dealt with that, but all I saw was how expensive it is. I already used diamonds to speed up a bs build. so either I can delete progress and start over, or delete the game altogether.

Hi Haley! Yes, it is possible that progress can't be saved if your internet connection is a bit slow and you close the game right after you did something. We recommend to wait a little after your last action before closing the app. :)

I love this game! the wait times for building are fairly quick compared to other games which is a huge plus for me! I love unlocking a new animal and getting to place it in the zoo and being able to interact with the animals. Since my last review I have come to find that you can earn animals, enclosures, or really anything you may need that cost diamonds through puzzle pieces which makes it possible to play without purchasing diamonds. Thank you to the developers for replying!

I enjoy it, super simple doesn't take up much time and not super bothersome to play I enjoy it, Though I wish starter animals could just be bought if you have the funds, Like I really wish I could have a bunch of bunnies running around in a massive 0en but there limited to like +2 every level up probably a reason why but I'd still like the option.
