I like the fact that everything is reviewed, it makes it better for the customer. However, I find that it is very difficult to upload certain documents. I don't always have a pronted version on hand that I can take a picture of, and they won't except screen shots of the documents. I can only upload through my photos and not the documents save on my device, which if frustrating. After I got everything, I have had a good experience.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this app. I can't even get a shop because the interface is a real nightmare and terror. Even trying to set up an account with my information is impossible. I keep getting "try again later" or "failed to upload." After finally being able to insert my city with numerous attempts, the app gave me more hurdles than a running race. The information I inserted didn't show up properly. And that isn't all. I tried customer service and they are infuriating.

The platform not particularly user-friendly, and in the perspective of a seller processing orders on our own, via "Seller Shipping" TikTok doesn't provide you with very much support. Instead, the underlying message feels deflective if you're shipping on your own, "there's nothing we can do", leaving us with little support as sellers when issues arise beyond our control. Unfortunately, there is little to no visibility as sellers.
