Baby Talk is a picture-based vocabulary practice app designed for early childhood language learning.
Children can look at a picture, tap it, hear a word, and hear a short phrase. Parents can sit nearby, name what appears on screen, respond to the child, and extend the moment into a short, low-pressure practice session.
The app keeps each session simple: one picture, one word, one sound, and one response at a time. Large visuals, large text, and simple controls make it easy to use for brief 1 to 3 minute parent-guided practice.
Current features include everyday vocabulary categories, word pronunciation, short phrases, focus practice, learned-card marking, and progress tracking.
Baby Talk is informed by ideas such as Focused Language Stimulation, Serve and Return interaction, and the Montessori Three-Period Lesson. It is a parent-guided vocabulary learning tool, not a medical or speech therapy service, and it does not replace professional evaluation.
Picture cards, word audio, and quick parent-guided speech practice.
