amazing inventory management experience on the go, but you can only download reports from a browser log in and it's not receiving the app's verification, virtually leaving me locked out. You can use an authenticator but that process is extremely cumbersome if you are upgrading to a newer device, don't have the old one, and there is no other user to verify you (leaving you locked out).

The login process is terrible. I thought it was bad having no biometric and required password every time. Now I've set-up biometric and guess what, it requires both password and biometric. Not only but also, if you choose this app as the authenticator and can't login to it, you can't login to the web app either (because you can't login to the mobile app to do the authentication). Please fix this terrible design.

frustrated every since it has been updated i cannot log on to my other device or laptop i cannot authenticate it i am stuck using my phone to make changes which leaves me more frustrated because i cant see everything.....
