My experience with this app.It's not good at all. trying to make a payment on the app. I get almost all the way through it bit.Are your little links at the bottom of the page Eat half of my screen. no way I can make a payment on here. And your automated service is just as bad. Good luck trying to make a payment while you're out of town and you don't have the routing number from your checking account handy. as many payments as I have made, you would think that your system would have my informatio

EDITED** Awful, first of all you (Sheffield) as a financial institution should be ashamed of yourselves to even be associated with a platform as cheap and low budget as this. Payment options only give you the option to make a payment for the amount due each month and only a scheduled payment for the day it is due. You can not pay more. You can not make more than one payment a month. You can not set up recurring payments. ** biometrics no longer works after 1 attempt you are locked out of app

Not sure if it is the app or the company, but we cannot make payments early OR on time!! The app simply fails. It crashes, it locks necessary tabs and functions needed to make payments UNTIL they are already late!! Absolutely unacceptable. We have been trying to make our payment for MORE than a week and the app would not allow us to navigate through the process until payment was 3 days late.
