The app has glitches and fails to complete a transaction or you get a message that the action conducted has failed. This has caused me to lose money twice as I got a transaction failure notice even though it had gone through causing me to attempt a second time only to find out that I've paid for a service twice because of a failure in the apps coding. App needs a good amount of debugging. Oh, and don't try and use the app on any Airtel data or WiFi, it will let you down!

The app is fantastic but Only one complaint ....I'm an avid user of send money to multiple people and as of late I have encountered an expensive issue every time I use it ,it works and every individual receives the money as intended but when I close the app and reopen it later during the day it automatically resends the same individuals money without any verification from my end.....it's not even asking for me to input my pin so far it has happened thrice KINDLY CHECK ON THIS

Hello Safaricom Team, I would like to suggest a useful feature for the MySafaricom App: please add an option that allows users to have and manage two Safaricom accounts/phone numbers within the same app. This would be especially helpful for people who have two Safaricom lines, as they currently have to switch between accounts or use separate devices/apps. It would be convenient to have a simple “Add Account” option where users can securely add a second number and switch between the two account
