Works well, 90% there though, really needs the ability to add units already connected to the WiFi network like in the "connect life" app. That said, I tried the connect life app another user pointed me to, and can't add the window AC in the connect life app, my theory is that the specific unit requires this specific app to function.

App does not work. Says email invalid. Will not let you reset your password. Also cannot email support gives error. Email address works fine on other apps.

Your app sucks, it will not connect and does not offer any troubleshooting options.
