happy with the service provided by the app. but not all complaints get sorted. I've been complaining about a nightmare neighbour but there's no improvement in my situation. The neighbour is still a nightmare. Have been complaining about it to the management via email, app. but nothing's working. kindly do something

App need to be improved I raised the issue to the call center I cant even go to service to contact the maintenance team I have to call them all the time my home page its stuck in your schedule for key collection been submitted successfully and that's it no service page or nothing I deleted the app reinstalled and still the same VERY POOR!!
